For golf clubs and their caddies

Your next loop.

Looped is how golf clubs offer rounds to their caddies. The caddie master publishes a bag, the right caddie is offered it, and they accept from their phone. No group texts, no ringing around.

Built around the caddie shed

Looped handles the back-and-forth of filling bags, so the caddie master can get on with the day.

The week at a glance

Publish bags with a tee time, round length and minimum level, and see the whole week's schedule in one place.

The right caddie

Bags go to caddies at the right level who said they're free. Let Looped allocate automatically, or pick the caddie yourself.

Accepted from their phone

Caddies get a notification, accept or decline in the app, and set their availability for the week ahead.

How it works

From a club joining to a caddie on the first tee.

  1. The club sets up its roster

The club's admin adds each caddie by email address and sets their level, from trainee to elite.

  2. Caddies sign in and say when they're free

Caddies sign in to the Looped app with that email and mark the hours they can caddie each week.

  3. The caddie master publishes a bag

Pick the date, tee time and minimum level. Choose automatic allocation, or select the caddie yourself.

  4. The bag is looped

The caddie is notified and accepts in the app. With automatic allocation, a declined bag moves on to the next eligible caddie.
